Regarding the record number of arrests in Yellowstone. I was accused and cited for something I knew nothing about. I worked in Yellowstone summer of 2006. Somebody did something and the accusers gave a description that was not even close to what I look like. A week later the accusers saw me in the employee dining room and decided I was the person. They reported it to the rangers and instantly the rangers started harassing me, even late into the night. I got cited for the situation and I was totally innocent. Maybe most of these arrests bragged about are innocent people.
