  1. The answer to this problem is to ban motor vehicles on public lands and waters. There is little enough wild country left. We should preserve it.

    The funding problem can be solved by reforming the Mining law of 1872. It has been a rip off for industry for far too long. Increase the fees on mining companies to pay for the preservation effort!

    The spiritually miraculous takes a bit longer
