    I am not surprised, considering the tower that “turned up” behind Old Faithful, because Suzanne Lewis the park super made the decision independently. There were a lot of angry people after that. I am guessing Jeff Ruch may have been informed this time by “a little bird”. {Go PEER!!!!}
    Considering that there are five already in the park, it may be time to say that’s enough. There are power lines that must be dodged there already when taking photos of the huge stone arch. {depending on where the sun is, to have a picture “turn out”. } I think we lose enough views outside the park.

    there was a public hearing in the town for comments about the tower, and it was advertised in the Gardiner “Newspaper”

    if you have been there you know why i put quotes around the newspaper part,, so it was up for public discussion by public notice,,
