Now that is some good new, not perfect but looks like we may be getting there with Obama’s people backing us, glad to see a AZ rep had a hand in it also, and now he is on Obama’s team, yeah! I am from AZ and I hate the way AZ is ran by the BLM and government official’s, they do not protect our lands and desert at all..

Southern Utah and Arizona really need to address the off road “Jeep” trails and eliminate ALL offroading. They also need to require vehicles to stay on “Improved” only roads.

Quote

‎"At some point we must draw a line across the ground of our home and our being, drive a spear into the land and say to the bulldozers, earthmovers, government and corporations, “thus far and no further.” If we do not, we shall later feel, instead of pride, the regret of Thoreau, that good but overly-bookish man, who wrote, near the end of his life, “If I repent of anything it is likely to be my good behaviour."

~ Edward Abbey
