So the prosecutor cut a deal with the Outfitters Board? Sounds twisted. The WY Outfitters’ Board is a 7 person board. The board has 4 outfitters, 1 Game and Fish employee, and 2 public at large members appointed by the Governor. The 2 “at-large” seats cannot be held by a paid guide, otherwise anyone beholden to the Outfitter industry (including family members, apparently) can be appointed.

Are you serious? How does this guy keep his license?
