If this isn’t grandstanding by Kempthorne, I don’t know what is. This is akin to a politician telling Budweiser to support drunk driving efforts by giving more money to M.A.D.D. instead of enacting and enforcing laws against drunk driving. If the people of Wyoming are buying this act, they are not very bright–no slight intended! When will the blowhard rhetoric from our politicians become so passe’ that they will stop trying it?
