    I almost find the comment from the BLM about “following the will of the public” laughable! What public is he talking about? I guess the energy companies are now considered the public of importance. The will of the public is that the majority of Americans don’t want this type of industrialism brought to our few remaining wild areas. Spin that! Amazingly Orwellian!
