    This is part of “we will make the government so small we will be able to drown it in a bathtub”-Grover Norquist. However, that is only going to happen to certain govt. departments (eg. Interior, Forest Service, etc.); meanwhile others such as “Homeland Security” and the Pentecon are out of control–think Iraq occupation.
