Notice that a more liberal kill is dependent on a DNA population count. This tells you why even Republican politicians are happy to finance a $4 million DNA population count of grizzlies in the Northern Continental Divide Ecosystem: Glacier Park, the Bob Marshall Wilderness and more. Once you get a good count on grizzlies, you can justify delisting them and then you can start hunting them.
