Dr. Ralph Maughan is professor emeritus of political science at Idaho State University. Why do I have a bad feeling about this?
I have a bad feeling too. The new Administration has so many issues on its plate that they are likely to allow the old guard in place for quite a while.
As a sidenote, Obama has been quicker to fill positions so far than Bill Clinton or George W. Bush. It usually takes a full year with a new Administration, especially when there is a shift in parties.
No reason to be suprised, No president or administration has done shit for salmon in the last 20 years.
