  1. Not too many surprises in the graphic, although I wasn’t aware of the difference in water use between a cup of coffee and a cup of tea. Also, it was a surprise to learn that more water goes into producing a glass of wine than a pint of beer. I wonder if the amount of water involved in that pint of beer drops a bit if you buy it in returnable growlers at your local microbrewery, rather than in aluminum cans or throw-away glass bottles.

  2. Our recycling center takes both aluminum cans and glass bottles, so does that give us permission to buy beer and wine? I notice they did not mention the cost of watering a ridiculous lawn.

  3. Yeah, let me spend money I don’t have to replace all the appliances, faucets and the toilet in my house. Let me remodel and re-plumb the kitchen so I can have a dishwasher too. :p Not happening.
