Right wing extremist leaves Idaho for Mississippi

Idaho Values Alliance and sole employee leaves for state with no wolves-

Bryan Fischer came to Idaho in 2006. He spent most of his time lobbying in favor of his vision of families and against a more inclusive view. Although he was just an one man operation, he also had time to rail against wolves for their Biblical offenses. He was beginning to get some support from the ultras in the Idaho legislature.

Well he is off to Mississippi where he says he will do a radio talk show.

Back here in Idaho I guess we will just have to be value free 😉  Please don’t come back!

  1. Ralph, he’s actually been in Idaho since 1980, and when you say he was “beginning to get some support from the ultras in the legislature,” well, let’s just say the ultras in the legislature seemed like they always tried to bend over backwards for this guy. He had 100% full support from the ultra…

  2. Rail against wolves for their biblical offenses? Give me a break, yeah I believe God created these things and I believe the Bible, but nowhere did I see a passage that says, “Ye shall hate the wolves.” The wolf was used as a metaphor for a wicked man because that is how they were probably viewed by the Israelites since they preyed on their sheep, that metaphor was used because they could understand it, not because God just had a grudge against wolves. He used metaphors depending on how people would understand them. And today we don’t view wolves as wicked anymore, at least most of us.

Was that the reason why he was railing? Or was it something else? Because from what I know, there is nothing saying an animal can sin, there just doing what they were meant to do.
