Note that earlier they filed to let Yellowstone bison use national forests outside of Yellowstone. This lawsuit was assigned to Judge Molloy. The bison lawsuit went to another Montana federal judge.

  1. For the first time in 100 years, the livestock industry is forced to play “defense”. This is great and you’re right….”times are changing”. WWP has them wondering..”who the hell are these guys?”

  2. The best offense is a good offense. Kudos to WWP-Montana for both this lawsuit and the bison lawsuit. Tom and Summer are very busy people.

  3. This will be interesting to see the outcome of. Is there any land Maggots in that location?

  4. Some of those ranchers are probably doing a great job and possibly improving areas but it only takes a few who don’t care about the land to do large amounts of damage and ruin it for others. Maybe they should try cutting the numbers first and see how that does.

  5. Anything to do with the “new” outfitting business, I am cautious.

I would also be cautious Elk.
