    I agree with Jeanne Shaheen!

    And until Ken Salazar is gone, and Obama shows some care about the earth doesn’t matter if MMS gets split into 13 pieces, corruption, incompetence and collusion with Industry will continue.

    It won’t happen, but an overhaul is way overdue. Perhaps split off the off shore responsibilities and transfer to NOAA,who actually deals with ocean stuff.
